Lamb Breast Braai
Lamb breast caramelized slowly near a braai fire.
INGREDIENTS:
- Ribs
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoons biltong spice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Score ribs in 2 cm blocks
2) Season with lemon, olive oil and biltong spice
3) Place on braai grill, 30 cm from the fire in a vertical position
4) The rib must braai for a long time at very low heat to ensure that the fat caramelizes throughout the rib.
5) Braai slowly for approximately 1 hour
