Oven Baked Leg of Lamb
Classic leg of lamb - perfect for a Sunday roast.
INGREDIENTS:
- Leg of lamb
- Salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Place defrosted leg of lamb in a cooking bag.
2) Season with salt & pepper.
3) Close bag and place in a covered casserole.
4) Bake for approximately 3 hours at 180C.
