Loin Chops with Red Wine Sauce

This rich red wine dish is perfect and fast for any week-day dinner.

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 loin lamb chops
- 30 ml grape seed oil
- 1 red onion, cubed
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 75 ml red wine
- 15 ml honey
- 30 ml balsamic vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Heat pan with oil, fry meat for 10 minutes over high heat until golden brown.
2) Remove meat out of pan.
3) Using the same pan, decrease the heat.
4) Add onion and garlic in pan and fry until golden brown.
5) Add wine, balsamic vinegar and honey.
6) Simmer for 5 minutes.
7) Serve chops with red wine sauce.
