GREAT KAROO NATURAL LAMB
Stew Pack
Slowly baked neck stew and chops.
INGREDIENTS:
- Chops
- Stew neck
- 1 onion, chopped
- Choice of vegetables
- 500 ml water
- 250 ml chutney
- 2 gloves of garlic, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Fry onions until golden brown.
2) Seal chops on both sides with onions in pot.
3) Season with salt and pepper.
4) Fry stewing neck 5 minutes with onions.
5) Add half of the vegetables to casserole with neck stew.
6) Mix water and chutney together and pour over the stew and onions.
7) Add garlic with chops and the other half of the vegetables.
