Pan-fried Rib Loin Lamb Chops
Quick and easy lamb chops perfect for a delicious supper.
INGREDIENTS:
- Rib Loin
- 30 ml grape seed oil
- 3 gloves of garlic, chopped
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Heat pan with 15 ml of the oil.
2) Seal meat on both sides over high heat for 5 minutes.
3) Mix left over oil, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
4) Pour the mixture over the sealed rib loin.
5) Remove from heat and cover. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes
